We are an Agency founded on personal service: we visit all the houses personally and pride ourselves on finding you the best place for your holiday, so, while we have online searching and booking on our website, you will get a personalised wishlist by ringing us or emailing us. We have local agents in the US, AUS, NZ and Canada and they also all visit the properties personally. Here are all our Contact Details. Before you ring or write, you might want to make a checklist of the things that are important for your holiday – we have some advice on how to choose your perfect property here.
When we find a property you are happy with we will put a hold on it for you and double-check availability – this is a free service for up to 48 hours to allow you to check flights, speak to family members and generally make sure you’re happy before we proceed to book the property.
To book, we will need a 30% deposit of the price, which is non-refundable – please make sure you have Travel Insurance in case you cannot travel. All properties are priced by week, per property, so the price you see on the site or in the brochure is the price you pay. The properties all come fully equipped with bedding, towels, cutlery, everything and more you need to enjoy the house – the exception being Pool towels, which are not included with all properties – it is best to check with your agent.
As a client of Invitation to Provence, you have a free concierge service so if there is anything else you would like during your stay, like cooks, maids, bike rentals, wine-tasting or even Balloon rides, you only have to ask and we will book them for you. Ten weeks before the start of your holiday we will require the balance of the cost – and at this point we will also issue you with the directions, documents and notes to find and enjoy your holiday property. Arrivals are generally between 5 and 8 pm, to allow the cleaners time to prepare the house after the last guests. Every house has an owner or caretaker who will be there to greet you, and should you need to speak to somebody in English, we also have local representatives on hand to help – their details will be in your arrival documents.
We hope everything goes smoothly , but if it shouldn’t please contact the owners or our local reps in the first instance – many things can be swiftly rectified to allow your holiday to go ahead as perfectly as planned! upon your return we will ask you how your holiday went – it really helps us make things as good as possible each year.
